K3

K so one day on TS Echo and I think Shotty were raging about spec whores (me, for the next 60 days), g36 and p90 users and about how there isn't a gun that can really go well against it. Wouldn't the K3 work well? It really doesn't seem to have much recoil compared to other MG's imo.
Your thoughts? Good mg? Shit mg?

I'm thinking p90 vs K3. I've never used the K3 before, so assuming it's like the other MG's out there, the rate of fire might be a bit slower than the p90, it's heavier than the p90 so you can't run and gun or bunnyhop and spray like a narb, and possibly the spread isn't as tight as the p90. And don't forget about recoil pattern. I heard the p90 recoils straight up for a bit which lets it turn into a lotto machine.

Not sure how the G36 and K3 compare damage wise, but the G36 is more accurate and since people tap fire it, they can probably land more shots accurately, especially at longer ranges, with a G36 before a K3 user can. MG's in this game seem underpowered with the exception of a few. I personally don't do well with them but I've heard success stories with the MK48 variants and certain variants of the m60. Some Nx MG's seem pretty good too.

K3 is worse than the other MGs.

Even though I don't use MG's in regular matches ever the portability difference between the two is enough to get you killed numerous times. In a game with spam nades and spraytastic submachine guns you have to be fast or your dead; unless of course you want to tank a shot or two and try to kill them first like Shotty over here. Unfortunately I don't see that going in your favor too often since CA maps are so small you'll get teamed up on more often than not as a really slow character

The MG's purpose is sacrificing portability and accuracy at range for some srs raw DPS. I remember Fred raging at my MG21E several times because it killed him ridiculously quickly; it dealt more damage and fired faster than his M6A2.

The MGs have a ton of power, but learning to use it correctly and controlling the gun is why you rarely see them.

Worst MG in the game, honestly. Its still useable, but I cannot stand it.
Any other MG in the right hands could stand up to any of those guns, except the K3 lol

Well i think the K3 is great because it shoots fast and hits random heads far away.

I haven't tried the K3 or the Minimi yet. How do they compare to MG's like the MK48 and M60? I'm thinking they sacrifice power for ROF?

The Minimi is a good MG, but doesn't kill as quickly as the MK.48. It's pretty similar to the M60.

K3 though, doesn't even compare.

I just opened my 30 day Ultimax from the Azazel review event.

In the words of Peter Griffin, "Freakin' sweet."

It's a hawt MG.

He kept hitting me accurately at ranges other MG's would have faltered with his Ultimax. Even got a lotto headshot on me when I was on the front row of roofs and he was at the top of the lighthouse.

That was funny, I pinged your face at total BS range with my Ultimax.

I love the accuracy.
