Steady hand is amazingly useful.

Specter is OP because it gives speed whores complete undetectability.

Either they need to nerf Specter to become an active buff AND only reduce the radius of footstep sound, not completely eliminate them; or buff Awareness to become passive AND make footsteps louder.

Steady hand has completely changed my sniping game. I like it because its something that should've been in game from the start.
Specter isn't a big deal for me on waverider cause I've learned where people hang out, but on other maps it definitely makes it tougher to find people.
Awareness is nearly useless for me, I never sit still. Resourceful is actually pretty nice if you're not a CQB player, it gives you a chance to scope out the area before rushing for a pick-up in a firefight.
Victory lap actually ruined a few killstreaks for me because I forgot it was there, and I lag with speed gear to begin with, double speed is not gonna help my accolade lol.
Pitcher is amazing though, I'm fairly good with nades, and this is a godsend on some maps. I can finally nade snipe Very Happy

I can still sound whore players using Specter. Maybe you're volume isn't loud enough? It takes a while to get used to, and I still only sound whore on certain "louder" terrains, but it's still quite do-able even without awareness.
Awareness DOES need a buff though. They SHOULD make it simply passive, and then it'd probably be a bit more viable.
If that was the case, it'd probably just exchange Specter for Awareness anyways. I'd rather everyone be as loud as I am then everyone be as dead silent as I am.

ew, resourcefull loves me, usually once gotten enought kill for victory lap a drop would usually come around for me so i like get my multi kill, have low health, get health pack, rape alll over agian cuz super speedy with full health and repeat
