Proposed new application system/format

Here's the app format I think would be sufficient enough for a community based clan. Suggestions?

Out of the following games, which do you play? [Combat Arms] [Minecraft] [League of Legends]

What other multiplayer games do you consistently play?

Would you be interested into getting into an MMO, such as Guild Wars 2?

What is the one game you play the most right now?

Why do you want to join Dead Pixel?

Were you referred to the clan? If so, by who?



NOTE:
We are completely intolerant of hackers. If there is substantial evidence of you
hacking in ANY multiplayer game, then we will ask to Teamview you. If you
refuse the Teamview, you will be removed from the clan.

Now after they reply, one of the admins or myself will take a look at the app. Then according to the games they listed, we'll ask a few questions based on that game. Here's the questions for them:

Do you hang around/post on the League of Legends forums?

How well do you handle the rage this game usually brings up?

Also, I believe making a mic/headset should be 100% required now, as well as Teamspeak. Being more community-based means our only ties are the Teamspeak and the forums, so someone who can't get on TS and talk won't even like it much here.

Anyone disagree with that?

Totally agree, And can we please aim for the 18+ age limit. Don't really want to be on TS with kid yelling "your mom" Also having excuses for being inactive like "my parents took away my pc sadface"

I don't handle the LoL rage very well AT ALL. I rage my shit like a boss.

It was actually more geared towards how do you deal with others raging when playing LoL.. everyone can rage fine, it's dealing with other people doing that where things can get out of hand

Yeah, LoL-Rage (That actually looks funny when written out!) is a pretty...contagious illness.
