hey guys, i got this super duper ultra mega slow computor and i wanna completly restart the thing, i dont have the restart disk so is there any other way i can restart it?

lol by restart I take it you mean reformat and reinstall the OS. well then torrent the OS you want and burn it to a CD or put it on a bootable usb.
Look on youtube for installing windows off of a USB drive you'll find tons of tutorials.

ya i looked on youtube, its a bunch of restore to certain date stuff i wanna get ride of EVERYTHING completly restart the sucker but i have like no idea how to
