JUNE'S MONTHLY CONTEST: Minecraft Sandcastle Tournament!

WHO: This event is open to any current Dead Pixel member

WHAT: A contest that tests your artistic and architectural sense in a sand castle-esque contest

WHEN: Starting now, the building period will end at the end of the month. Judging will begin on the 29th and a final winner will be elected by the 30th

WHERE: NoLimit has set-up a unique Minecraft server for this specific event. ONLY those who sign-up in this thread will be white listed and allowed on the server, with an exception of the three judges.

HOW: Sign-up in this thread, either solo or with a partner, and you will be white listed


The Prize
The winner of this contest will receive $60 to pretty much anything. The preferred method is Steam, but I will purchase other things that is up to that value if you speak with me. If you don't want to use your prize, you can save up and potentially get a $120 prize if you win another monthly contest.

Rules

For this first contest, there is no specific theme. Just build any structure/building. There will be a large emphasis on both the exterior AND interior looks, so please keep that in mind while you are building. You will be given creative mode, but not admin. We will have a mod on the server to keep track of who's doing what, so DO NOT GRIEF or there will be a severe punishment, Please just keep to your own house/area

Myself, NoLimit, and Ant will be judging. Criteria are: Interior Design, Exterior Design, Uniqueness/Originality, Engineering, Overall. Each judge will give up to 10 points for each category, which will be then averaged together. These numbers will be recorded separately to discourage judges' opinions influencing the other judges.

IF YOU APPLY WITH A PARTNER: Each person is only eligible for half the prize, 30$. If one person doesn't want their 30$, they can not give it to the other person. Please enjoy the prize yourself!
